- Military press (on smith machine) 5 sets / 12 - 10 reps)
- Seated dumbbell press 5 sets / 12 - 10 reps
- Side laterals 4 sets / 15 reps
- Rear laterals 4 sets / 20 reps
- Dumbbell / bar shrugs 5 sets / 20 reps.
Make sure you do at least 25 sets for the whole Shoulder muscle to ensure that you covered at the muscle angels.
